Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

This Privacy Policy applies to the BoxLab mobile application for Android (package name com.boxlab.roundanalyzer), published on Google Play by developer Limburg Pastries Lunchroom FerBotterweck.

In this policy, "we", "us" and "our" refer to Limburg Bakery and Lunchroom FH Botterweck BV, and "you" refers to the person using the app.

2. What BoxLab does

BoxLab is a training companion for amateur boxers. It lets you browse offline boxing training sessions, register for a session, run a round timer that tracks punches, combinations and defensive actions, review a round-by-round analysis with a Training Performance Score, and follow your progress and personal goals.

3. Information stored on your device

To provide these features, BoxLab saves the following information in the app's private storage on your device. This information stays on your device: it is never sent to us or to anyone else.

The legal basis for storing this information on your device is your use of the app and, for training registrations, the consent you give by ticking the box "I agree to the processing of my information for training registration purposes."

BoxLab does not send training registrations to gyms, coaches or any other party. Please confirm session details directly with the gym.

4. Information we do not collect

We do not collect or receive any personal data through BoxLab. In particular, the app does not:

• require you to create an account or sign in;
• connect to any server operated by us or by third parties;
• use analytics, crash reporting, advertising or tracking services or SDKs;
• show advertisements or contain in-app purchases;
• access your location, contacts, camera, microphone, photos or files;
• use device identifiers or advertising IDs;
• include any gambling, betting or wagering features.

5. Permissions

BoxLab does not request any runtime permissions. Round bell sounds and vibration feedback use standard system functions that do not require special permissions.

6. Sharing and selling of data

Because we never receive your data, we cannot and do not share, sell, rent or transfer it to anyone. No data is transferred outside your device, and therefore no data is transferred outside the European Economic Area.

7. Storage, security and backups

Your data is stored in the app's private storage area, which other apps cannot access under normal Android security rules. BoxLab excludes its data from Android device backups, so your information is not copied to cloud backup services. Please protect your device with a screen lock to keep your information safe.

8. How long data is kept and how to delete it

Your information remains on your device until you delete it. You can delete it at any time by:

• opening Profile → Reset Local Data in the app, which permanently deletes your profile, registrations, workouts, goals and settings;
• cancelling an individual registration on the training details screen;
• deleting an individual workout from its workout details screen;
• clearing the app's storage in your Android settings; or
• uninstalling the app, which removes all of its data.

9. Your rights

Under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) you have rights to access, correct, delete and restrict the processing of your personal data, to object to processing, to data portability and to withdraw consent. Because all BoxLab data is stored only on your device and we have no access to it, you can exercise these rights directly in the app: view and edit your profile, cancel registrations, delete workouts or reset all local data.

10. Children

BoxLab is not directed at children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly process personal data of children. Because the app does not transmit any data to us, we do not receive information from users of any age.

11. Google Play

You download BoxLab through Google Play. Google may collect information in connection with your use of Google Play and your device under its own privacy policy, which is available at policies.google.com/privacy. We have no control over, and receive no personal data from, that processing.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy, for example when the app gains new features. The updated version will be published on this page with a new effective date. If a change affects how your data is handled, we will also describe it in the app update notes.
